Venue Services

 

All venue and shell scheme services are ordered via the venue’s online shop.  However, the system is currently being upgraded and orders can temporarily be made by emailing the venue manager Jessica Shephard, jessicas@bdc.london, with your requirements.  Services that can be ordered are outlined on the BDC service tariffs issued with this manual, and are:

• Space Only Electrics

• Shell Scheme Electrics

• Shell Scheme Extras (For Traditional Stands) – which includes Flooring Options

• Internet & Wi-Fi

• Water & Waste

 

Please note orders received less than seven working days prior to the event will be subject to a 20% late order surcharge.

 

Orders must also include a location plan and charges will be raised for any services needing to be moved on-site on account of location plans being incorrect or not sent.
