Build-Up Notes:

• The event has a one-day build – space only exhibitors must ensure their stand can be built in the time available.

• Under CDM Regulations, the hall will be considered a building site until 1600 hrs – everyone in the hall must therefore wear a high vis and appropriate footwear.  This includes exhibitors.

• While build-up starts at 1000 hrs for space-only stand construction, start times may be staggered and some stands will therefore be delayed until 1200 hrs.  You will be notified in June if this applies to your stand.

High-vis and suitable shoes must be worn during the construction phase of the build until 1400 hrs.

• All space only contractors will require a wristband to gain access to the hall – space-only contractors will be emailed direct to establish their requirements.

• Exhibitors can use their exhibitor passes to gain access to the hall.

• Vehicles must be removed from the loading bay as soon as they have been unloaded.

 

Open Period Notes:

• Exhibitors have access to their stands from 0800 hrs each morning for dressing and re-stocking.

• Stand power will terminate 30 minutes after the close of show each evening.

• Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed into the hall until 0930 hrs – this is a local authority regulation and includes exhibitors’ children.

 

Breakdown Period Notes:

• All items of value and product should be removed from the hall on Saturday evening.

• Vehicles should not access the loading bay until they are ready to be loaded.

• All exhibits, standfitting materials, excess waste, flooring and tape must be removed from the hall – charges will be levied for any abandoned items.

• High vis and appropriate footwear must be worn by everyone on-site on Sunday 22 Sept.

 

Special Note – Loading Bay Access, Build-Up and Breakdown

Please note that all vehicles intending to access the Loading Bay must be scheduled.  You and your space-only contractors will be contacted closer to the event to discuss your individual requirements.  All requests will be considered fairly but for peak times, requested timeslots may need to be changed.
