Exhibit Terms and conditions

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – Win the value of your stand back

• Eligibility: The prize draw is open to any new exhibitors or sponsors who complete the lead form between 26 March 2024 and 30 April 2025. Entrants must be 18 years or older and represent a business relevant to the event.
   

• Entry: To enter, participants must submit a completed lead form within the promotional period. Only one entry per business is permitted.
   

• Prize: One winner will receive a credit for their stand cost, up to a maximum value of £1,000 - or a 2m x 2m space-only at The Beauty Show taking place 18 - 19th April 2026. If the stand value is less than £1,000 the winner will receive their stand space for free but no additional funds or cash alternatives will be provided. If the stand space is more than £1,000 the client will pay the additional funds. 

• The credit can be allocated towards space-only or shell scheme options. 

• Clients are responsible for all aspects of their stand and must attend The Beauty Show on Saturday 18th - Sunday 19th April 2026.  

• Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified via email and must confirm acceptance within 5 days.
   

• Prize Conditions:
   

• One winner will receive a credit for their stand cost, up to a maximum value of £1,000
   

• The stand must be booked and confirmed via the Future Publishing Netsuite system to qualify for the prize.
  
   

• Winner Selection & Notification:
   

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the prize draw closes on 26 April 2024.
   

• The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw closing.
   

• If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, another winner will be selected.
   

• Additional Terms:
   

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   

• The refund will be processed within 30 days of winner verification and stand payment completion.
   

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
   

• The Beauty Show reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw at any time.
   

• Data Protection:
   

• Any personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with Future Publishing's Privacy Policy.
